The chalet was clean, but the pool facilities were extremely dirty and unhygienic.

Our stay in the platinum hot tub lodge was a dream! It was clean, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the nature trails. The woodland location was perfect for peaceful walks, and the kids had a blast at the disco.

Suitable for couples seeking quiet time
The chalet we stayed in was so well equipped and clean, made us feel right at home. we took a lovely morning stroll through the wooded area, the sounds of nature just setting the perfect tone for a relaxed day.
It was somewhat pricey but still acceptable for a nice getaway.

we had a super cozy stay at the 2 bedroom silver chalet. the staff were so friendly and welcoming, made us feel right at home. the location was perfect for quick trips to st ives and penzance, really close. facilities were decent and we had everything we needed in the chalet. oh, and big thanks to the reception staff for helping with some urgent meds we forgot!
the swimming pool kinda needed some upgrades, and the tv in our chalet was way too small. it made it hard to enjoy family movie nights.

Amazing family getaway!
We had a fab time in the 2 Bedroom Silver Caravan! The kids loved the pool and the staff were super friendly. The caravan was spacious and had everything we needed. Only thing is, we didn’t know there would be no kids' entertainment during our stay, which bummed out the little ones.

Loved the location, perfect for exploring! Food onsite was a delightful surprise—great value and quick service too. We really enjoyed the vibe!
The pool was colder than my ex's heart, and the WiFi? Well, it must be on a long holiday itself!

Had an awesome time with the crew! We hit the surfing beaches on the North Coast and enjoyed the local eatery for some fresh seafood. The accommodation was comfy and clean. Heads up , bring some basics like toilet rolls and baking trays with you. Definitely recommend staying here for a chill trip.
We had a musky smell in our chalet, which was a bit off-putting at first. But overall, it didn't ruin our trip.

The scrambled eggs at the on-site restaurant were an absolute delight, cooked to perfection with a sprinkle of local herbs that made my taste buds dance! The kids had a blast at the entertainment and the bar staff were proper sound, making sure we were well looked after. the caravan was lovely – clean and just a cheeky stroll to the beach!
Never have I had to make me own bed on arrival! The facilities were a bit poor and the cabin looked like it needed a good scrub.

Staying at St Ives Holiday Village was a mixed bag. I loved the beautiful woodland setting and the spacious Silver lodge we had. It was clean and warm, making it a comfy place to return to after a day out. The park manager, Kevin, was super accommodating. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the amusements. they were a hit during our stay. the accommodation had some downsides. There were issues with noise from the boiler, which made sleep difficult. We also noticed some cleanliness issues, like the lingering smell of dog urine in the pet-friendly room, which was quite off-putting. Although the staff were quick to respond, it didn’t fully resolve the discomfort. The on-site restaurant sadly didn't meet our expectations. some parts of the lodge need updating, and the smell issue should definitely be addressed. Still, the experience had its perks, especially the location and friendly staff.
